Rovers scored a comfortable 8-0 victory in a game to make the opening of the new Aughanagh Community Park.
The Bit o’Red were pleased to visit Ballinfad to mark the occasion for Sligo/Leitrim club Aughanagh Celtic.

The second goal was a great solo effort from Jennison Myrie-Williams. He beat two players before finishing low past the keeper.
A penalty on 16 minutes allowed Keith Ward make it three and he was provider for the next goal as his cross was headed home by Ryan McManus.
The last goal before the break was a ferocious drive into the net from Morten Nielsen on 42 minutes.
Early in the second half Elding again got on the scoresheet as he made a close range finish.
Moments later McManus also got his second. Myrie-Williams played a corner in and he was there to beat the keeper.
The scoring was complete as the game entered the final 10 minutes when Ruairi Keating, one of two subs used along with Gary Armstrong, scored to an empty net.
