Competition for Limerick match tickets

Competition: Two days to our big match with Limerick in The Showgrounds as the Bit o’ Red look to continue a fantastic start to the season that has yielded 15 goals, five wins, a place in the Setanta Sports Cup semi-finals and a four point lead at the top of the Premier Division table.

New signing Anthony Elding has notched five times, Raffaele Cretaro has reached 300 league appearances and made it 12 seasons scoring with Rovers, there have been impressive performances from countless members of Ian Baraclough’s squad. The match with Limerick is a must-see on Saturday.

A big crowd and electric atmosphere is expected and we have two tickets to give away to our Facebook fans in a competition that will last until 6pm on Friday.

Today is World Poetry Day and with so much to talk about with the Bit o’ Red and the game on Saturday, we want to see it in the some creative ways.

Send us your preview of the match in any required poetic length or form, including Limerick given our opponent, all entries will be considered (and moderated) and we’ll announce the winner on Saturday morning.
