Have a Good Friday with the Bit o' Red

The Good Friday fixture against UCD will be dedicated to the families supporting the Bit o’ Red.

Up to 10,000 promotional tickets for children will be distributed throughout the county over the next nine days for the game.

The ticket will permit a child under-12 to enter the ground for free with a paying adult.

Supermacs on the Bundoran Road will be giving a free pass with every kids meal sold in their restaurant between now and matchday.

A local ice-cream van are also going to give out a pass with every ice-cream sold.

Passes will be distributed into all national schools in Sligo town and county. All underage soccer teams in the Sligo-Leitrim League will also receive a pass.

A new family Section in the Treacy Avenue Stand will be opened for the game. 200 seats are allocated for families in the new dedicated section. Gates will be opening at the earlier time of 6pm for the Good Friday game.

Families can look forward to:

- Facepainting between 6pm to 8pm

- Free ice-cream upon early arrival (before 6:30pm).

- Children in the Family Section will get a Free slice of Pizza at half-time

- Benny the Bull brings his friends Winnie The Pooh and Piglet to the game to meet young fans.

- Each kid in the Family Section will get an activity sheet for the game

More information will be made available as we build-up to the game. It's going to be a big night in The Showgrounds, one we are excited to dedicate to #bitored families, and one you can't afford to miss.
