Dublin race night for Rovers fans

The Sligo Rovers Dublin Supporters Club are hosting a race night on Thursday 18 September in what will be a major event for Bit o' Red fans in the capital.
 
The race night will take place in Doheny's and Nesbitts on Baggot Street with manager John Coleman and assistant Jimmy Bell set to attend on what promises to be a great night for the club.
 
There will be 10 races on the night with 8 horses in each race, and the final race being an auction race. 
 
How to purchase a horse:
 
Sponsorship of horses is still available and start from as little as €10, with a full horse sponsorship costing €40. Details of your purchase and support of the club will be in the official programme on the night. Up to €90 can be won through purchasing a horse.

Sponsorship:
 
Each race will be sponsored and are available from €60. Your business name or chosen name for the race will be in the official programme on the night as well as advertised on the club website and Sligo Rovers Dublin Supporters Club Twitter account and also by acknowledged by the MC on the night. You will be contacted for details via e-mail prior to the night. 
 
 
Events on the night:
 
A tote system will also be in operation on the night. Raffle prizes will also be on offer.
 
Manager John Coleman will field a brief question and answer session with question for fans sent to the Dublin Supporters Club Twitter account in advance of the night. The address is twitter.com/SRFC_DSC to follow the DSC.
 
The DSC are aiming to make next month's event one of the biggest the supporters club has seen. All proceeds will benefit Sligo Rovers Football Club.
