New home and away jerseys

Sligo Rovers are delighted to today unveil the new home and away jerseys from Umbro Ireland to be worn next season.

This is the third year that Sligo Rovers have partnered with the world renowned Umbro Ireland brand.

The new home jersey sees a return to the red and white stripes worn on many occasions in the past by Rovers. It also continues to incorporate the star above our crest in honour of the great Johnny Chadda.

The away jersey is also in stripes and retains the blue worn by the club in recent years.

It will be launched first in our club shop on Saturday November29th with the home jersey being launched a week later on Saturday December6th. We will have further details on this new shop to come.

Chairman Joe Burns said: “Sligo Rovers are delighted to continue to work with Umbro Ireland and are really pleased with the new jerseys we will have for next season.

“We have really enjoyed having Umbro Ireland as our kit suppliers over the last two years which have been very successful for the club and we hope the relationship will continue to be successful in the coming years.

“We would like to thank Umbro Irealnd for all the support and work that they have done for us since the relationship began.

“There is a new era for the club starting next year with our new manager Owen Heary and many exciting young players at the club and it is great to have these new jerseys as that era begins.”
