Interviews

Owen Heary was pleased with how the team performed in their first outing of pre-season last night: “I was happy with what I seen from the players but there is still a lot to work on. We scored three goals, conceded one which is disappointing, but I think the lads got a good workout."

Jeff Henderson made his first appearance of pre-season in the 3-1 win over Shelbourne. He says he is pleased with how his first outing went and how things are coming together in training: “It feels good, it feels great. It was cold but it was very good. Winning the game was important."
