€75,000, Rally Around Rovers today

Rally Around Rovers reached the €75,000 over the weekend and the spirit of the fan-led movement is needed more than ever over the next three weeks.

With four vital games to go in our season, we hope to see Rovers fans rally behind the players and management, starting this Saturday against Longford Town.

The €75,000 figure was reached thanks to Mike O'Hara in Brooklyn. Mike left a simple of the pride to back the Bit o' Red for the final stages of the campaign - saying "The O'Hara family in Brooklyn, New York, are proud to join the Rally Around Rovers campaign".

Rally Around Rovers has been about so much more than the remarkable amount of funds raised so far for the club. This picture received this morning from Australia of an as of now unidentified fan heading for the Gold Coast with a proud Rovers message on the back of their vehicle certainly brought a smile to us in The Showgrounds this morning.
