Team news: FAI Cup quarter-final

It’s Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup quarter-final weekend and Sligo Rovers will be coming up against Dundalk.

The tie will be at Oriel Park on Friday night with a 7:25 start, the game will be live on RTE2.

Should a reply be necessary it will be at The Showgrounds this Monday, September 14th, at 7:45pm.

The teams played out a 2-2 draw in the SSE Airtricity League last weekend also at Oriel Park. Dundalk twice went in front through Ronan Finn but Dinny Corcoran and Alan Keane both scored equalisers to take a point.

Rovers are close to having a clean bill of health for the game with only long-term absentees Jeff Henderson and Kevin Devaney missing the game.

Sander Puri has returned from winning two caps for Estonia over the last week and comes back into the squad. He is joined by John Russell who is back from suspension.
