Bray v Rovers: Team News

Tomorrow night at The Carlisle Grounds Sligo Rovers will visit for game five of the 2016 season against Bray Wanderers.

The action will get underway at 7:30pm in Wicklow.

The Bit o’Red go looking for the first win of the new league season following two draws in the last two games.

Firstly Galway United took a 1-1 draw from The Showgrounds and then last weekend’s game with Finn Harps was abandoned due to floodlight failure at 85 minutes with the league deciding this week the result will stand.

Bray Wanderers are also yet to win an SSE Airtricity League game this season with just a point on the board.

Rovers have won 24 of the 50 Premier Division games between the team including the most recent in a high-scoring 3-2 win at The Showgrounds in September.

In team news Phil Roberts is back from the suspension that kept him out of the Finn Harps game. He will however miss the next two games after this against Cork City and St. Pat’s with an additional suspension.

There will be a couple of late fitness tests needed for minor knocks and niggles picked up during the week but the full squad will travel tomorrow.
