Rovers thank Ambassadors

 

At half-time during the FAI Cup win over cabinteely at The Showgrounds Rovers welcomed our Ambassadors to the pitch.

All at the club and the fans in attendance showed their appreciation for their trojan efforts in running several fundraising initiative on behalf of the club.

The Ambassador programme of events was a great success and, with two events to go, looks set to reach its target of € 30,000 making an important contribution to help restore our finances.

Sligo Rovers Ambassadors Susan Brennan, Eamon Cunningham, Lotch Lynch, Noel McCloat, Jimmy Mc Garry, John McKeon as well as Gerry Monaghan who coordinated the various fund raising events organised over the past two months are pictured below with chairman Martin Hegarthy.
