Rovers v Cork: This Saturday

Sligo Rovers look to bounce back from a disappointing result last weekend at Bray Wanderers.

The opposition at the Showgrounds will be Cork City.

The Rebels are second in the league and are enjoying another great season. But it is Rovers who have got the better of the meetings so far in 2016.

The previous game in Sligo ended scoreless last April.

In August, the Bit o’Red visited Turner’s Cross with Dave Robertson’s team coming away with a 2-1 win thanks to Kieran Sadlier and Raff Cretaro.

Sadlier will hopefully be available again for this game having missed the trip to Bray.

However, Rovers will be without both Craig Roddan and Regan Donelon through suspension.

After Dundalk ended the long 12-game unbeaten run at the Showgrounds, Rovers look to start a new run.

Tickets for the game will be available at the gate for the following prices:

Adults - €15

Students/OAPS - €10

Kids under 12 (with paying adult) - €5
