McDonagh called by Northern Ireland U-21

Jamie McDonagh has been called up to the Northern Ireland Under-21 squad to play World Cup qualifiers with Albania and Slovakia in the coming weeks.

Northern Ireland, manager by Ian Baraclough, will take on Albania in Lurgan on 31 August before the trip to Senica on 5 September.

It’s his first call-up since winning a first cap against Ukraine in 2015.

The club congratulates Jamie on his selection.

It means he will not feature in the Irn Bru Scottish Challenge Cup game with Falkirk but he will return for our next league game against Finn Harps.
