Team News - Rovers vs Derry City

Sligo Rovers take on Derry City in the final home SSE Airtricity League game of the season on Saturday night.

The Bit O' Red go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw with Shamrock Rovers.

In team news, Kyle Callan-McFadden serves a one-game ban. Michael Leahy returns to the squad after missing the Tallaght game due to injury. Michael Schlingermann is out with a neck problem.

Gerard Lyttle said: "We battled and fought our way to a point in Tallaght. In fairness to the lads they started well in the first 15 minutes but then I think we didn't do enough without the ball for the rest of that half. We came out in the second half and we could have snuck a win in the end. The three substitutes Jamie McDonagh, Benny Igiehon and Greg Moorhouse made an impact. They're good players and that's vital to us to have that strength and there was more I could have brought on. Having that quality on the bench has been a big help to us.

"I thought Derry's match in Cork was just one of those games. Derry will have the shackles off now. They've shown they are one of the best teams in the league in qualifying for Europe.

"We focus on what we can do. I think it will be like the Bohemians game. Everything has to be put on the line and it will require fight to the very end.

"We control what we can. What we want is wins in these final two games and in order to do that it will take a massive effort. Our supporters have been positive and encouraging and this is a chance to get behind us once more and help on us on the way like they do."

Kick off is 7:45pm in The Showgrounds
