Last Man Standing – Week 3 Entries Closed

Tottenham’s hosting of Cardiff City is proving to be popular with most players this week. Almost one in three of our remaining players in the competition have picked Spurs this week with 135 selections.

Blast from the Past: Paddy ‘Monty’ Monaghan

Part 2: Paddy ‘Monty’ Monaghan played for Sligo Rovers during from 1932 until 1939 making a total of 165 appearances for the Bit O’Red and winning the League of Ireland. On Saturday evening at our 90th Birthday Celebrations in The Showgrounds his son Eugene will be present to represent the 2nd Decade of the club’s history (1938-1948). Bohs game rescheduled for Oct 22nd

The SSE Airtricity League Premier Division fixture between Sligo Rovers and Bohemians has been rescheduled.

Due to the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup semi-final replay between Cork City and Bohemians on Monday, October 8, the fixture has been moved.

The fixture will now take place on Monday, October 22 at the Showgrounds, with kick-off at 7.45pm.

Sligo Rovers/FAI Primary Schools Programme launched

Schools across county Sligo are being encouraged to enrol in what will be the third year of the FAI Primary Schools Programme.
