Kicking off on Saturday, 22nd of September, Sligo Rovers are running a last man standing competition where each competitor will pick a team from that weekend’s Premier League fixtures. Cretaro wins it for Rovers in Cork
Sligo Rovers were brilliant 2-1 winners in Turner’s Cross on Friday night as David Cawley and Raffaele Cretaro secured a comeback win.
Karl Sheppard’s early header had the Champions on course for victory but second-half goals from Cawley and Cretaro was enough to see Rovers climb 11 points clear of safety but for the Leesiders, they now trail leaders Dundalk by six points with six games remaining.
